FREE! Claremont Walk-in COVID Vaccination Clinic

Join the Greater Sullivan County Public Health Network in partnership with Dartmouth-Hitchcock for walk-in COVID-19 vaccines in Claremont, NH!  Boosters & vaccines will be available for everyone aged 5 and older.  All presentations (J&J, Pfizer, Moderna) will be available, while supplies last.  Please bring a form of identification that shows your date of birth, along with your CDC card.  A parent or guardian must be present for those under 18 years old.
