Inmate Telephone System

The Sullivan County Department of Corrections uses AGM for all Inmate phone calls.

• All Inmate may be collect or prepaid
• All Inmate telephone calls are subject to monitoring and/or recording
• Third-party calls, call forwarding, and other attempts to circumvent phone security is strictly prohibited. If violated, your phone number will be blocked.
• On Site Security blocks can be placed upon request by the homeowner or via victim witness.

To establish a prepaid account, please contact our customer service toll free at 1-800-398-0113.  Prepaid and debit call rates offer up to 30% savings over collect call rates.

We offer two calling programs for reduced rate calling, Facility based Debit Cards can be purchased through the facilities commissary or you can set up a prepaid calling account by:

-Mail or money order directly to AGM Telecom, 1103 Keller parkway, Ste. 106 Keller, Texas. 76248

-Prepaid account through MoneyGram at any Wal-mart location nationwide by getting a MoneyGram Express payment form at the customer service desk.:

    1) 1st Line, Receive Code: 4327                        2) 2nd Line, Company Name: AGM Telecom

    3) 3rd Line, City, State: Keller, Tx                     4) 4th Line, Account#: Your 10 digit phone#

Once the deposit has been made, it takes about 20 minutes for MoneyGram to notify us.                                              We will activate your prepaid account.
