Director of Operations
Captain John Milliken
A native of North Walpole, NH and a current resident of
Charlestown, NH Captain Milliken has been employed with Sullivan County for 14
years. First employed as a corrections officer, Captain Milliken also served as Field Training Officer and Shift Supervisor before being promoted
to Captain in 1999.
Prior to his career in corrections, Captain Milliken served in
the United States Navy from 1989 - 1993. Captain Milliken is a veteran of
Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the first Gulf war serving onboard
the USS San Jose AFS-7.
