PCS provides telephone service to the inmate population through a collect call only system. All telephone calls are monitored and recorded electronically, excluding privileged calls to attorneys, clergy. Inmates can purchase prepaid debit cards on commissary for calls. Family or friends may prepay on their telephones to allow inmates to place calls by the following means:
Contact PCS at 1-800-398-0113 and prepay via credit card
Prepaid account through MoneyGram at any Wal-Mart location nationwide by getting a money gram express payment form at the Customer Service Desk:

4th line is your 10 digit phone number

Once the deposit has been made, it takes about 20 minutes for Money Gram to notify AGM. AGM will then activate your prepaid account.
