Greater Sullivan County Public Health Network
Pandemic Flu Preparedness

Public communication and education plays a major role in planning for any public health emergency, especially Pandemic Flu.  The Public Health Regional Coordination Committee (RCC) convenes at least quarterly in Newport NH to ensure that we are able to deliver consistent messages and that we have the appropriate plans in place.

The Greater Sullivan County Public Health Network has been happy to offer free vaccinations for the H1N1 [Swine Flu] virus.  As of January 15, 2010 we have vaccinated over 3000 people in this region!  You can also seek the shot at your Doctor's office.

Below please review Breaking News and other important links to keep you and your family healthy and safe this flu season.
